  • Liaise with legal and service providers for reports and other documentation required for board packs.
  • Create and compile board packs using PDF Collator or Board Vantage.
  • Record and file all documents on our document management system (DMS).
  • Prepare Board Meeting Agenda for Company Secretary review.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to organise Board meetings.
  • Organise and circulate hard and soft copy Board packs to directors following Company Secretary approval.
  • Organise all aspects of the meeting, including: room booking, IT facilities, catering, car parking etc.
  • Prepare attendance sheets for Board meeting.
  • Draft minutes and action points from meeting for Company Secretary approval.
  • Update client information as required.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required.


  • Candidate must demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Minimum 3-4 years administrator experience in a corporate environment.
  • Third level qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and client facing skills
  • Professional manner and approach.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a busy team.
  • Ability to multi-task and has a flexible attitude.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
