Our achievements and culture are all built on our people. Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment is a priority for the Firm
We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work-place. Diversity and inclusiveness (D&I) is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that a diverse workforce brings unique perspectives and strengths, enriching our ability to serve our clients effectively.
By fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals are valued and respected, we not only uphold the principles of fairness and equality but also strive for excellence in the legal profession.
We recognise the importance of D&I to our business and our commitment to D&I is part of our Firm’s values which helps guide our decision-making processes. Our dedicated D&I group is led by a senior partner who takes a leading role in promoting the Firm’s D&I values, through updates, educational seminars and influencing policy change.
We aim to deliver gradual but continuous improvements on our D&I performance each year and our D&I Policy guides the Firm’s commitment to D&I, with a view to keeping its objectives, goals and practices under review on an annual basis.
Our D&I group is tasked not only with ensuring compliance with our statutory equality duties outlined in the Employment Equality Acts 1998-2015 and the Equal Status Act 2000 and other relevant legislation, but also to ensure that the principles underpinning our commitment to D&I are fostered through the culture and operation of the Firm.
