Dillon Eustaces Regulatory Investigation Unit breakfast briefing
Dillon Eustace’s Regulatory Investigations Unit gave a breakfast meeting this morning, 1 December, in the Marker Hotel. The briefing covered recent hot topics in the regulatory enforcement space, including the Central Bank’s powers, what to expect under the Central Bank’s Administrative Sanctions Procedure, appeals to the Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal and some potential areas of future enforcement activity. The event was well attended.
