Employment

Our Employment team advises on all aspects of employment law, including employment relationships, employment contracts, termination issues, and transfer of undertakings.

We provide practical and commercial solutions to employment law issues. We advise domestic and international clients on all aspects of the employment relationship and at every stage of the employment cycle – from the recruitment process through employment contracts, employee handbooks and employment policies to termination issues. We are highly experienced advisers on the strategic employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions – such as Transfer of Undertakings Regulations, redundancies and industrial relations.

Our advice covers specialist areas, including contracts and taxation, restrictive covenants, injunctions, anti-discrimination, and data protection. We have an excellent reputation for advising on disciplinary procedures and for handling the various forms of employment dispute resolution, including proceedings before the courts, the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court. Our team includes highly skilled negotiators and qualified mediators with significant experience in alternative methods of dispute resolution.
