PROFILE: Tara joined Dillon Eustace in 2001 as Head of the Listing Department. She advises funds and specialist issuers on a wide range of issues relating to listing applications on the Irish Stock Exchange, and the ongoing obligations applicable to listed entities. She has particular expertise in the area of ETFs, hedge funds and EU directives relating to listed securities.
