PROFILE: Sean joined Dillon Eustace in 2004 and became a partner in 2007. Sean previously worked as a tax manager in the financial services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He advises on various aspects of financial services from a tax perspective including investment management, structured finance, real estate, banking, leasing and private equity. He is Vice Chair of the Irish Funds Industry Association Tax Committee (Chairing the Finance Bill Sub-Committee) and a Member of the Irish Debt Securities Association.
