PROFILE: Sarah joined Dillon Eustace in 2005 and qualified as a solicitor in 2008, becoming a Partner in 2015. Sarah’s main area of practice is financial services and she advises fund promoters and their service providers on the structuring, establishment and regulation of all types of mutual funds, UCITS and non-UCITS, including retail funds and alternative investment products. Sarah also lectures in the Diploma in Finance run by the Law Society of Ireland.
