PROFILE: Brian trained at Dillon Eustace and re-joined the firm in 2006 from another Irish firm as a partner in the Financial Services Department. Brian advises leading international financial institutions and asset managers on carrying on business in Ireland. In particular, he advises upon the structuring, establishment and operation of all types of investment funds including UCITS and alternative investment funds as well as the establishment and operation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs. Brian works with local counsel for the distribution of Irish funds throughout Europe and Asia. Brian has also worked and advised on the acquisition and merger of regulated entities.

Brian is a member of Council of Irish Funds and is a former Chair of Irish Fund’s Legal and Regulatory Working Group. Brian is also a regular contributor to various industry journals and speaker at international fund events.
