At Dillon Eustace we are committed to ensuring that for those that are successful in achieving a place on our Trainee Solicitor programme that you will be provided with the training, opportunities and the experience that will support you to become a successful lawyer. As part of this experience you will benefit from our structured training programme, our mentoring programme and from rotations through our various practice areas. You will get the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by some of the most highly regarded and experienced Solicitors in our respective practice areas.
For those who excel, secondment opportunities may also be available – for example we have had secondees, both final year Trainees and newly qualified Solicitors, with client companies in Paris, London and New York. Throughout your traineeship we give you every opportunity to develop and perform to your personal best, providing you with the supports to achieve this from the Partner within your practice area rotations, the broader Solicitor team and from our HR department, who are all available to answer any questions you may have.
Our Trainee Solicitor Programme is an integral part of the firm’s ongoing recruitment and therefore our aim is to retain as many of those Trainees who have performed to a high level and also see Dillon Eustace as a firm where they are committed to developing their career long term
